add a pin for sign out pls

There have been a few requests for the better traffic log filtering, like loading more results and picking specific time ranges.

Currently, the preset for blocking the entire internet has a schedule that can't be customized. The user would like to edit this schedule.

Full support for all/most categories supported by DNSFilter; in particular those under Threats and Extras on the debug page. It would be nice if these could be enabled/disabled independent of the PIN

Would be great to be able to see timestamped logs, and for a longer historical period. This is useful for troubleshooting apps/sites with problems

The Adult Content category should be locked and stay on by default and not let the user active/deactivate it. The other filtering choices should remain the same. The user can choose to activate anything else by his needs.

Ability for a user to specify a secondary email, which should be used when performing management requests (retrieving a pin, editing a blocklist). Changing some filter settings will require retrieving a temporary pin that is emailed to the user's secondary address.

Create a debug page to make it easier for users to verify their filter connection. The user shouldn't have to open a new browser window to test their connection.

Allow user to see a list of domains that were visited via the filter recently. Include the blocked or allowed status for easier troubleshooting.
