[URGENT] new internet downtime preset simply don't work

as the title, and I can not use wildcard .* as domain keyword to block all domains to create an internet downtime policy manually, I will be notified that domain keyword has to be min 3 characters.

We're having to control these fields more since customers have been bricking their internet connections with broad rules without knowning the implications. Sorry that this ended up effecting you...

Why are you making the policy manually? So that you can customize the audience? We'll release a fix shortly so you can assign an audience to the downtime rule.

I am making the policy manually because now the new internet downtime preset simply does not work; I have raised a ticket to address this.
