Make profile config similar to CleanBrowsing that would force DNS & proxies to stay connected to our content policy.

(I have tweaked Cloudflare to connect with TechLockdown, creating a similar setup to CleanBrowsing, and it works perfectly. Unfortunately, I can't find my config as an example.)
