I recently signed up for Netspark's Canopy.us service which uses AI detection to censor images and videos on webpages as you navigate them. It works pretty well with a few limitations and be used to block not just pornographic images but also just immodest ones which is great.
The only limitation I've come across in regards to this is that they haven't implemented scanning of WebP images yet.
This service works on iOS/MacOS/Android/Chromebooks and Windows PCs.
It doesn't seem to work in apps like telegram, but will work if you navigate it through a web portal. It doesn't work with the Brave browser at all and it automatically blocks this app. It offers the ability to block specific apps.
It also has the ability to set time blocks when you don't use the internet.
The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes it can be too aggressive when blocking content on youtube.
I'm really appreciating the freedom that this technology is affording me. It's not perfect, but it is miles ahead of the other solutions I've been trying for the past 3 months at least on my mac. If this could be implemented as part of your solution it'd be appreciated.
