Wouldn't rule schedules achieve the same effect? You could create a block rule with a night schedule so that the content is automatically unblocked at 9AM.

Could you provide an example to help me understand your use-case?

The difference to me is I want a strict timer lock. One I cannot turn off with a password.

Kevin Von James: I think we could implement something like this:

You specify a recurring schedule for when you are allowed to unlock your profile. In your case, you would specify weekdays from 9am-11am.
Outside of that time range, you wouldn't have the option to unlock your profile at all.

Does this sound about right?

Ben yes! that would accomplish the effect that I want
