set YouTube Restricted Mode level: Moderate vs Strict

I would like to be able to select Moderate Restricted Mode for YouTube, as opposed to Strict Restricted Mode, in some cases. Would it be possible to enhance the dashboard to allow this?

There's no way to do this with the current Content Policy since cloudflare doesn't support refining the Youtube restricted policy. There are some workarounds:
If you're on Mac, you can use the Apple Config generator in the Tech Lockdown dashboard with the web option "Enable Browser YouTube's Restricted Mode Setting" and specify moderate instead of restricted here. This works in Chrome/Edge/Brave. 
An approach that works on Windows and Mac across all browsers is to use the hosts file. Here's a guide on how to customize this file: https://www.techlockdown.com/guides/hosts-file-block-websites
These are the hosts file entries you'd paste on either Mac or Windows to enable moderate mode:
