It'd be very useful to BLOCK a list X minutes after the first time a dns address listed in the blocklist is seen in the logs, for Y minutes (the it'd be unblocked)

That'd allow to limit the access to a resource where content is mixed in usages (like youtube or reddit) and directly be a very efficient competitor to apps like Screenzen that can be deactivated on mobiles
