Ability for a user to specify a secondary email, which should be used when performing management requests (retrieving a pin, editing a blocklist). Changing some filter settings will require retrieving a temporary pin that is emailed to the user's secondary address.

When a secondary email is added to the account, some settings are locked unless a pin is entered (which is retrieved from the secondary email)

It would also be extremely useful if you could freely add any domain to the blocklist at any time, but need permission from the "accountability" email to remove blocked domains or add whitelisted domains. This way if you find a new website that has anything porn-like in it you can login, add it to the blocklist, and be unable to unblock it.
