Issue with gstatic I think...

So I'm running into problems with Google Forms. Inspecting my activity log in TL it seems that around the times I try and load Google Forms, subdomains of gstatic.com are called. Most of these are allowed by default, except www.gstatic.com which TL shows is categorised as 'technology' and 'content servers', but also in the apps section as Pinterest. I've looked up gstatic.com on Cloudflare Radar and it seems related to Google and I see no mention of Pinterest. I block Pinterest, but obviously need access to Google Forms, which currently don't work for me.
Can you please when you get a moment have another look at gstatic.com and confirm it's being categorised in the correct way?
Thank you
Ben
Thanks for being so detailed with troubleshooting! That was very helpful. We don't have any control over how these hostnames are classified unfortunately. This is on Cloudflare's end. However, you can work around this issue pretty quickly: Add www.gstatic.com to an Allow rule - make sure it is ordered above your Pintrest block rule. This should whitelist that hostname

Ben Hi Ben, thanks for the reply. I would do this, but my profile is locked. I would submit a ‘incorrect categorisation’ on Cloudflare Radar but I can only see how to report that Gstatic is not ‘technology’ or ‘content server’ - I can’t see how to report that it doesn’t relate to Pinterest. Do you know how to do this?
Ben
turtlebeach: Pintrest is considered a DNS app, not a DNS category, so you can't submit for categorization mismatch. Cloudflare groups all hostnames it finds to be used by an app together into a DNS app. The only way around this unfortunately is to manually whitelist that hostname.

Ben yes. There’s no way to contact Cloudflare telling them they’ve made a mistake grouping the hostnames for an app?
