Case : often, friends would send me an instagram or tiktok link. While I don't use the apps, I usually still can quickly see them on my phone.

Other times, i could be redirected to reddit or youtube for a quick tech walkthrough or technical and genuineluy useful video.

However, I know it can be a hole to more browsing.

I would like TechLockDown to detect, each day within the logs, the first occurence of me browsing such website, and then, only activate the blocking rule after a period of time I've setup (10min, 30min...) that would be active until the end of the block or end of the day.

Thus, it'd still allow me to watch a quick useful video on youtube or read a good reddit thread knowing I'll be block after Xmin (even, if I only spent a few seconds reading/watching)
