The DNS filter seems to work perfectly when it blocks categories of websites, but it still needs improvement on blocking unwanted apps. An example is when I activated the blocking for 'Dating and Personals' category, dating apps on my android phone still worked. Instead of using DNS filtering, maybe another solution can be proposed for this feature.

Blocking apps on iOS/Android might require you to close those apps and wait a bit. If you block an app like instagram, the feed might still refresh for a while until the phone's DNS cache refreshes. Then you'll start noticing that app doesn't function properly. My advice would be to exit the app entirely and wait a few minutes before testing again. You could go further by restarting your phone. We can't do anything about this on our end unfortunately. App caching/dns caching will delay app blocking on the dns level.
