Add Pay to unlock option

The Cold Turkey blocker has a "Pause for a Cause" option, where a website block can be paused for a small financial penalty which helps out a charity.
I'd find it more useful as a barrier to frequently logging into dashboard.techlockdown.com. Being able to set the amount would be useful. Having the transactions appear on my credit card bill would be shaming, a disincentive to do it again.

Nice idea. I wonder if this could be done for rules or individual domain/app blocks rather than just paying to unlock your profile? For instance I block the news during work, but if really needed to read some blocked article I could pay for access to it. Could be that some rules are allowed to be paused by paying and others always prevented from being bypassed this way?
